The 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) for St Senans RFC will take place on Thursday 2nd of July at 7 pm.
The club will review the activities of the 2019/20 season and put plans in place for the coming season.
Notice of motions, nominations of officers and committee members must be submitted to the Hon. Sec Brian Punch at briandermot37@gmail.com on or before Wednesday 1st of July at 7PM in order to be considered at the AGM.
As we all know we are currently operating in a very different environment so this years AGM will have a few different requirements due to current Covid regulations.
All Members who wish to attend this years AGM must register to attend.
This can be simply done by sending an e-mail to the Hon. Sec Brian Punch at briandermot37@gmail.com and like the nominations and motions we require this simple registration to be completed before Wednesday July 1st.
Further details on how or where to attend will be provided to all registered fully paid up Members prior to Thursday 2nd of July.
