On Friday 1st August, we held our St Senans RFC 50th anniversary Jimmy Slattery Memorial Golf Classic in Shannon Golf Club, in what was a perfect day for golfing- no wind, no rain & no scorching sun! It was certainly a change from the washout Classic we had in 2024! 

Our Classic for 2025 was kindly sponsored by Crane Worldwide Logistics & we would like to kindly thank them for supporting us this year. 

We had 23 teams playing in our Classic with the first team teeing off at 9am and our final team out at 4.10pm! Mark from Sports of Memories captured some super team photos and tee off snaps for us- thank you Mark! 

We had 5 golf team prizes on offer along with another 5 golf prizes. One special prize was given out at our prize presentations to mark a very special piece of history; our first ever full women’s team representing Graphite Engineering!! And may that trend continue into 2026!
