We are delighted to share the return of IRFU GIVE IT A TRY programme to Jimmy Slattery Park & St Senans RFC. ⚫️⚪️

It’s been a few years since we last ran the GIAT programme, which is an 8 week programme, aimed at girls in the local areas between the ages of 8-14! 

Believe it or not, one player, Sally Kelly who started her rugby journey with us back pre-Covid for our last GIAT programme in St Senans RFC, now plays AIL with Ennis RFC, has earned herself some caps with Munster & has also represented Ireland on her rugby journey! So you never know, another big star in the making could be out there in our local areas! ⭐️

The coaching team will feature some mini coaches, as well as former members of St Senans RFC women’s team. The goal is to start with a solid foundation & create a younger girls team, which will hopefully grow the ladies teams in our club! 

GIAT starts on Monday, 4th May at 7pm in Jimmy Slattery Park & is FREE for all participants.
