Over the past few months, the St Senans RFC clubhouse has been going through a bit of a transformation, building on the glow up it received 2 years ago🏉✨
All floors throughout the building have been redone with resin flooring, the away dressing rooms refreshed with a lick of fresh paint and logoed flooring, and the referee’s room and shower/toilet area was fully upgraded. The women’s toilets have also seen a change and a counter/ baby changing area added for anyone who has little smallies to change 👶🏻
The main home dressing room has had a big refurb, while the second home dressing room enjoyed a makeover too. 🚿 We’ve upgraded our showers, boiler, and water system to make sure everything’s top-quality for players and officials alike. Most of the renovations were included in the remit of a previously secured grant & we are grateful to the Department of Culture, Communications & Sport for making this clubhouse/ dressing room, showers & toilet area refurb possible.
While renovating, the club decided to make a small upgrade the kitchen as it is such a fantastic asset to our club every Sunday morning, on fun days & of course, on match days.
A special mention & thank you must go to Shauna Ryall for overseeing the refurbishment – from managing the grant process and keeping the finances on track to those late evening walkthroughs!
Thank you also to R. Lagan Construction for their hard work refurbing & renovating our clubhouse.
We all here at St Senans RFC are hugely proud of our new-look, upgraded clubhouse & we hope our players- young and old, our members, former members and club officers, sponsors etc can all take pride in it also!
