The IRFU have rolled out a new online administration system for clubs for the 2020/2021 season.
The system is known as RugbyConnect and will be the sole platform for all aspects of game and competition management. It features a wide range of paperless functionalities to help volunteers manage areas such as safeguarding and club membership.
All players will be required to register themselves individually on the system in order to participate in the 2020/21 season. This include all Senior and underage players wishing to play with St Senans RFC.
If you are not registered and approved on this platform you will not be able to play as you will not be available on the e-team sheets.
This system replaces the old Clubhouse system and unfortunately the data held on that platform cannot be transferred to the new system.
This include all Senior and underage players wishing to play with St Senans RFC
The link for Registering for St Senans is below
Guide to registration
§ Click the link above which is a direct link to St Senans on the platform
§ The player/parent will need to create an account with Sportlomo before inputting their details.
§ All youths need to upload a photo and proof of age when registering regardless of what was provided previously. A photo of their passport/birth cert is sufficient.
§ Any youth player registering with a club for the first time will need branch approval. As per previous years, the youth registrar will need to forward the full name & DOB to firstname.lastname@example.org for approval. Once the player has been approved, a smartcard will be generated.
The system can be used to register mini’s also but is not a requirement.
